You could try checking out TicketCounter.log, but you might have to do some extra config in Config.pm... if i reinstall cronw and the scheduler, everything works fine when the first ticket comes in. After that the strange behaviour begins. Anyone can help me with this problem? If not i have to reinstall otrs today.

i added a new queue and then my queues appeared. same with the ticket types, which caused the typelookup error. maybe a server restart could avoid this problems.

Hello,
since 1 week all agents had IE9 installed and SSO worked fine. Then i tested it with IE11 on my pc and it also worked fine. But when all other agents got the update to IE11 their SSO is not workin anymore. I have no clue why.
