Hello! I want to insert a new column ("created", near "Age" o "Tempo trascorso") in Search Result agent page (actione=AgentTicketSearch) with View=Small.

Hi! I have 2 queues X and Y. Agent A works in X (and receives notifications of that queue) and agent B in Y (he reiceves notifications from Y queue). A and B unfortunately share one email address. I want B may work in X too, but I don't want he receives notifications and auto replies from that queue...

Hi! i want to know how to restart otrs. I've tried with bin# service otrs stop but the output is otrs: unrecognized service [Exit 1] my problem is "otrs.GenericAgent.pl: not found", otrs sets the $HOME in wrong way, even if in the Config.pm is correctly set. I'm on otrs 3.3.1 Thanks & ...

I have a problem: the reply template tag <OTRS_CUSTOMER_BODY> or <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[x]> is shown with all HTML tags.
How to turn off this behavior?
Can body appears to be just before or pure text?

Hi! when the agent manages a ticket and click on "phone call received" or "phone call made", the customer receives the message with his realname in "from" header. I want to show the agent's name in "from" header. Any suggestion? I'm on Ubuntu Server, OTRS 3.3....

ciao! vorrei sapere come fare per visualizzare la variabile <OTRS_TICKET_Created> in formato europeo (dd-mm-yyyy) e non statunitense (yyyy-mm-dd), e se fosse possibile modificare anche la visualizzazione in maniera tale da eliminare i secondi.
