ticket number generator : date (e.g 20130523101)

now, i want to customize as 2013052310001.
so any suggestion of add 3 more digit at last of ticket number?

Survey URL broken, can't open !!! plz help

recently, i had setup an survey and set the survey::sendperiod to 0 and set it as master state , after ticket close successful , email received but the survey url gt following error
