Thanks for reply, but that's not a problem. I need to mark ticket as unread after I've read that. Like in mail client, when you want to mark e-mail as unread for memo.

As it's my first post here, so Hello everyone. Lately we've moved from OTRS 2.4 to 3.0 and I'm missing 1 feature from 2.4.
