Re: OTRS 3.1.8 Windows (EXE
Ok, sorry. I forgot a step. You also need to run the RebuildConfig script. Also for those of you that are unable to find the OTRS source files, I have included a link to them. So the updated process is as follows: 1.) Download the OTRS source files for the v3.1.8 release from the OTRS website. You c...

Re: OTRS 3.1.8 Windows (EXE
OK, I figured out how to apply the v3.1.8 patch upgrade to and existing v3.1.7 on a Windows server that was deployed using the "all-in-one" installer... 1.) Download the OTRS source files for the v3.1.8 release from the OTRS website. 2.) Un-zip all of the files in a temporary folder. 3.) D...

Re: OTRS 3.1.8 Windows (EXE
I noticed the same release (v3.1.8 ) yesterday as well and tried to install it on our QA/Test server by copying the v3.1.8 OTRS source files over the v3.1.7 OTRS source files and then running "perl otrs.RebuildConfig". But after doing so Apache would not start up. I did not see anything in...

This behavior does not manifest itself on the test server with Apache. This only seems to happen on our producti...

Strange URL...
Hi, I have OTRS v3.1.7 installed on a Windows 2008 r2 server running IIS v7.5 and SQL Server 2008 R2. When you first visit the site, you land on a login page (index.pl). "www.masterdomain.com/otrs/index.pl" The strange behavior manifests itself once you successfully log in. After you log i...
