Re: Auto reply cc

Solved!

I just figured out that in the Postmaster Filters for this queue, under Set Email Headers, we were automatically setting a Customer User with the queue email adress. Therefore all tickets for this queue were assigned a Customer User which was sent a Cc: on the auto response.

Our problem is that for a specific queue, all emails sent to the queue email-address generates an auto reply with cc to queue email address. Here is the flow: 1. Customer sends email To: support@mydomain.tld 2. OTRS fetch...

Force Queue move on tickets in Raw

Hello, As per the default setting, any tickets not triggering any postmaster filters will land in the Raw queue which is fine. Although we have instructed our agents to always move tickets from Raw queue to another queue as a first action, every now and then they forget. We would like to force our a...

Location /otrs, /customer not working

Hello! I'm having trouble with the locations stated in topic. Entering https://mydomain.com/otrs/ or https://mydomain.com/customer/ gives a 404 error and the apache error log says: [error] [client {IP}] Attempt to serve directory: /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/ This would indicate that there is a problem wi...

Re: No ticket data found

Thank you, that explained it all. A couple of weeks ago I did create a custom TicketSearch.pm to add some columns, however I did not see any changes at all and decided to put it aside for a while. What i didn't realize was that the Custom TicketSearch.pm won't be used until you restart the apache se...

Re: PHP inside OTRS-directory - Software Error

cgi-bin is a CGI directory. So always PERL will be used. Have the PHP file on a different location Thanks for your reply! The thing is, the file i'm trying to reach is not located in the cgi-bin directory. It doesn't matter where I put is as long as it's in the OTRS folder or any of its subdirector...

[SOLVED] PHP inside OTRS-directory - Software Error

Hello! I run OTRS on a Linux server and I feel kind of stupid because I can't find what is wrong here. Whenever I create a PHP file inside the OTRS directory (and in subfolders) and try to reach it through the browser, this comes up: Software error: slurp_filename('/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/filename.php...
