Ok I found that when I copy my customization from Defaults.pm to Config.pm the file will not be changed after a upgrade.
But what happens with the database after a upgrade?

Hello there,

I was wondering what happens to customizations to the database and Defaults.pm after a upgrade of OTRS core. I've added some text fields to Customer Companies and I would like to keep these customizations after a upgrade.

Thanks for writing to them Yuri,

I will try to change the version in the "Framework" phrase in the opm file. No worries I will try it on a test installation and leave my production system in peace.

Hello, Is it possible for a configuration item to link to a company? I can assign an owner to a CI but that is unfortunately not possible in our configuration because some CIs are conducted by several companies. So I would like the CI's to link to a company as a CI can link to a work-order, ticket, ...

Ik kan wel een eigenaar aan een CI toewijzen maar dat gaat in onze configuratie helaas niet op omdat sommige CI's door meerdere bedrijven worden afgenomen. Is er al iemand die change management volledig gebruikt in OTRS? Ik zou dit graag gaan gebruiken maar ik heb ruzie met het approven van changes, en ik ben niet de enige als ik ga zoeken op het forum.
Kan iemand mij uitleggen hoe het zit met het veranderen van de "change status"?

I'm very sorry but I can't find out how to create a new class for the configuration-items. When I go to Admin > Sysconfig and select "GeneralCatalog" I get te see GeneralCatalog::Preferences. So limiting tickets per customer is difficult to realize.

But is it possible to set a limit to the time that is being spend per customer and alert about that?

Is there a way to limit tickets per customer. We would like to limit tickets per customer for a period defined in the SLA. When a customer reaches the limit of tickets for that period we would like to see that the customer receives a message.

Is there a way to do this?

Welke reguliere expressie moet ik gebruiken bij e-mail filters wanneer ik e-mail afkomstig van domein.nl automatisch aan een bepaalde queue wil toewijzen? Ik heb deze geprobeerd ..*@domein.nl maar deze werkt klaarblijkelijk niet.
