Thanks,

I am now using the in built state type 'closed' but still it not works

Please advise what can i do to resolve this as I have done lots of brainstorming and couldn't find the desired result.

Display Custom States

Hi,

Please anyone can tell me how to display custom states in OTRS Agent menu so that a user can change state manually.I had already created Custom State and State Type but dont know how to show them in Agent menu.Please anyone can help me i will be very thankful :D

Thanks but I need to know that if there is any possibilty to change the ticket State from Agent menu.Actually I have some Custom States and my system workflow depends on these states and I want to give an option to the agents to change Ticket Current State to any other state Thanks and Regards Jawad...
