I am now using the in built state type 'closed' but still it not works
Please advise what can i do to resolve this as I have done lots of brainstorming and couldn't find the desired result.

Hi,
Please anyone can tell me how to display custom states in OTRS Agent menu so that a user can change state manually.I had already created Custom State and State Type but dont know how to show them in Agent menu.Please anyone can help me i will be very thankful

Thanks but I need to know that if there is any possibilty to change the ticket State from Agent menu.Actually I have some Custom States and my system workflow depends on these states and I want to give an option to the agents to change Ticket Current State to any other state Thanks and Regards Jawad...
