Hello
I set the calendar working hours from 8.00 am. to 4.00 pm., but when I create a new tickets outside working hours (eg. 7.00am.), time still runs.
It is correct? If not, how can I change??
New ticket has only default settings (state: new, priority, queue) .
I will be grateful for help

In my OTRS practise, I have such a problem. For eg. Ticket A and ticket B is the same problem . When I closed any of the ticket, second is still open Why merge ticket do not close, when I close the main ticket??

What do you mean? I have to block a new ticket? The new ticket has the state of the New, is unlocked, it is in the queue Postmaster, and the default owner is the OTRS Admin (root).
