Are you doing the upgrade directly from version 3.0.x to 3.3.x? With the exception of version 3.1.x and 3.2.x? :?

Ticket, time, calendar

Hello
I set the calendar working hours from 8.00 am. to 4.00 pm., but when I create a new tickets outside working hours (eg. 7.00am.), time still runs.
It is correct? If not, how can I change??
New ticket has only default settings (state: new, priority, queue) .
I will be grateful for help :)

The case is no longer valid :)
But I have another problem.
SLA and SERVICE are available, but not work, I can't chose any option, see attachment.
I use OTRS 3.0.10.

In my OTRS practise, I have such a problem. For eg. Ticket A and ticket B is the same problem . When I closed any of the ticket, second is still open :shock: Why merge ticket do not close, when I close the main ticket??

What do you mean? I have to block a new ticket? The new ticket has the state of the New, is unlocked, it is in the queue Postmaster, and the default owner is the OTRS Admin (root).
