otrs consuming 100% CPU

I need help.

I have the otrs installed on a machine debian 7.6.
The version of OTRS is 4.0.3

My problem is this, when I type the otrs link in web browser his the CPU goes to 100%.
Some pages I can access, exemplo painel the administration, view ticket and customer page,. More the system is very unstable.

I have other Web systems this machine and when access these systems does not happen this error.

This is the service that is consuming too much CPU:

Would anyone have any idea what might be ??

I have OTRS 3.3.5 running on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS trusty.....Ive not had the issue you are speaking of....have you checked the OTRS logs in the admin panel? I installed my system from the tar file, and found that getting the permissions just right was key, as well as making sure all the proper perl modules were present. Then later found that because i used the tar file for install.....There were a couple *.pm files that needed to be made.

this might not be a solution...but more of a different "angle".

Hi,

Try disabling the daylight saving time in the Linux.
There is a bug that causes a loop in the function Workintime in time.pm when the system recalculates Tickets Escalations.

I do:
cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/America/Recife /etc/localtime

I found the loop in "sub WorkingTime" in file /opt/otrs/Custom/Kernel/System/Time.pm (Addon EscalationPlus) and in /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/Time.pm (normal instalation). OTRS Versions: 3.3.7, 3.3.10 and 4.0.1.
The problem only occurs if your linux is with daylight saving enabled.
