error en el 1er login

Hola, acabo de instalar el otrs 2.4.8 en un red hat enterprise server 5.1, ejecutado desde el http://mi-ip/otrs/installer.pl y no dio errores. Cuando quiero entrar a través del http://.../index.pl para acceder por primera vez, me dice:

Software error:

mismatched tag 'UL'

Dónde puedo consultar por este error? Muchas Gracias!!

¿Instalas esa versión por algo en concreto? Yo acabo de instalar la 3.0.6 y no me ha dado ningún problema.
