500 - Error interno del Servidor [RESUELTO]

Buenos Días

Compañeros si alguno tiene idea sobre este error se lo agradezco.
Otrs: 3.3.13
Windows 7 x64

El trabaja normalmente , y esporádicamente cuando se ingresa un Ticket y se le da enviar tira el presente error.
Tengo que reiniciar los servicios de IIS y levanta nuevamente, pero siento que esto no debería de suceder. :-?

Buenas Tardes

Quería adjuntar la solución a este problema.

Efectivamente era un tema del ActivePerl.

Leyendo este mismo foro encontré la solución por parte de un integrante.
