[CERRADO] OTRS NO ENVIA NOTIFICACIONES

Saludos: tengo un problema muy extraño me llega un correo al sistemas pero solo 3 usuarios no reciben notificacion, como podran ver abajo

listo, solo era un rpoblema de proveedor de mail.
