[Solucionado]ayuda urgente Modulo FAQ

Hola de antemano muchas gracias a las personas que puedan colaborarme

esto es lo que me sucede luego de instalar el Modulo FAQ y probarlo en la interfaz de agente me abre y no me presneta ninguna falla pero cuando intento acceder desde la pagina de cliente (customer.pl) me genera un error

despues de revisar algunos temas logre evideciar que me registraba en el log del sistema el siguiente error constantemente
Module Kernel/System/Ticket/Custom.pm not found/could not be loaded!

para solucionar esta parte me diriji a la ruta opt/otrs/kernel/system/ticket y registraba un archivo Custom.pm.example lo renombre y lo deje como Custom.pm le cambie el grupo y el usuario para que quedara de esta manera
-rw-r----- 1 otrs apache 986 Jun 16 17:31 Custom.pm
luego de esto ya no me generaba mas el error "Module Kernel/System/Ticket/Custom.pm not found/could not be loaded!" pero se me sigue presnetando el error

como me pueden ayudar por favor, no he podido dar con la solucion.
