When I'm using split, it is saving the new owner as the agent in the first queue (the agent that click on split).
How can I set that the new owner is "admin otrs"?
Admin OTRS has full access to both queues.
Is there some documentation about split? I have others questions regarding split function like:
-is it possible to add the signature and salutation on the ticket description?
-is it possible to close automatically the parent ticket once the child is created?
-how to go back to parent ticket or queue view (if parent ticket can be changed to closed) after create child ticket?
-is there a way to see how many child did you create? or how to send another article to the same child'?
