Do you know how to add close time or any other columns from ticket table as a column in queue view?

You first have to "allow" them in the SysConfig under Ticket → Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewQueue (last entry)
Then you can configure them per-agent with the small gear on the top right of the table.

I realized it is needed in Edit Config Settings in Ticket → Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewStatus but thanks.
However I need to show the ticket close time, do you now the variable name to show that value?
