Hello,
is there a way to generate invoice tickets using ci (hardware to be precise)? i want to generate invoice tickets, (for example, if an equipment item breaks down and is in need of repairs) with all the information needed for a courier company to pick it up.

I don't know all existing addons 
That addon that I mentioned, implements a notification system for config items that is similar to the ticket notifications in stock OTRS. You can define rules when a notification should be sent and you can define a Queue as the recipient. That way you can create tickets.
