Is it a way to re-open a ticket?
I mean if a ticket is already closed but the client send an email OTRS doesn't alert me right now, so I want to be notify.

If your queue settings allows so, a follow-up to a closed ticket will reopen it.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
