Good Day!

need your help on this issue, everytime i try to send email to otrs the auto-response always says 5545.7.1 <>: Sender address rejected: Null senders not allowed..

change the Envelope from or change config of your mail server

thank you for the response man, i have another concern why is the auto email is sending a null header?
