I have been using OTRS since 3-4 months and learnt a lot on using/configuring the same.
We have hosted OTRS 3.2.9 version on Windows Server 2008.
In our organization we have two types of email IDs that we usually use:
1. The ".in" email ID. Looks something like abc.def@myorg.in..
2. The ".com" email ID. Looks something like abc.def@myorg.com..
The .in email server is internal. The .com email server is hosted on MS Exchange server.
As of now we have configured OTRS with ".in" email ID and its working absolutely fine. However when we try to configure OTRS on Windows with .com email ID which is on MS Exchange server, we are not able to do this. It always says "POP3 Error...".
Can anyone please help me out in this case? This is very very urgent and important for our organization.
