[Addon Announcement] CustomerOverviewChanged

Hello forum,

one of our customers recently liked to sort their tickets according to the changed date.
This addons adds the sortable column "changed" to their overview.

After installation make sure to delete the cache. If you want to set the default sorting, you have to edit the links, e.g.:
[...];SortBy=Changed;OrderBy=Up;Filter=Open
