[Addon Announcement] Track BCC recipients

Hello forum,

we are using our OTRS to send incident notifications to our customers. Those are easily selected from failed CIs in the CMDB.
Now we wanted to be able to track which customers received such an information. OTRS however does not save BCC recipients.

This addon will create a dynamic field that saves the usernames of the bcc-customers to a dynamic field and shows it next to the other fields (to, cc) at the article.

Known Bugs (but as this is good enough for us, I will probably not fix them):
- Only works with customers that are in the backend
- Only saves the usernames, not the email addresses (but in our setup, we use as login the email address)
