HTML links within Articles do not work correctly

I have found that, when an email that has been sent into OTRS has a link to an OTRS ticket in the body of the email, when you click that link and go into the other ticket, the HTML is not formed correctly. The classes associated with the individual articles have a trailing space included within the quotes, which I believe renders them inactive. You can also tell by the fact that every other line is not shaded as in the normal article table. So when you click on an article, nothing happens. This appears to me to be a bug in the code.

Where do I go to get to the HTML code that is being generated within the ticket article table that is displayed within the ticket? I would like to see about removing that space in the class names, assuming that's the issue.

is your OTRS version still 3.3.x? -> upgrade to OTRS 5

We do not wish to upgrade at the moment. Is there a way to fix 3.3? If so, any hints would be appreciated.

check latest version of 3.3. but be aware that 3.3. is not maintained any more
