Hi Guys,
For some reason, my OTRS Cronjobs has stopped fetching mail. It was working perfectly the entire of last week, and today it just stopped working.
I need to click on the fetchmail option in the admin section of OTRS to fetch the mails.
Please can you assist?

I can't seem to find the logs.... What is the default location for the logs?

You can find the last x entries of the OTRS system log in the admin area -> system log.
In the SysConfig (Framework -> Core::Log) you can see whether your OTRS uses SysLog or a File based log. If a file is used in the same subgroup of the SysConfig you can find the location of that file.

Ok I have found the log message which seems to be causing the problem. Any advice please?

Hi,
im not a pro at OTRS so maybe you could try the following until you get a permanent solution (I used to face it a couple of times in the past and the following have worked for me):
1) See if u can retrieve the emails manually by clicking on the fetch now inside the mailbox?
2) Try restarting the whole otrs by stopping it, then starting it.
3) export the db out and uninstall the whole directory then install again and import the db back (drastic but fixed it all the time xD)
