IMAP Auth Failed

Hi,

I've set up a new CentOS 5.6 box and installed the official OTRS 3.0.7 RPM... followed all the instructions.
I am trying to set up an IMAP account so OTRS can recieve requests from customers, but I am contantly getting this error:

I have verified that the IMAP account works and my password is correct... have also used a different email account. We are running Exchange 2010. I tried POP3 access also and it does not work either.

Can anyone please help?

that looks like an odd IMAP username....

The mail server is called waperexch02 and the username is helpdesk

It just puts it in that format when it's producing the error. The form fields are configured correctly as far as I can see.

The problem is solved now... For some reason after switching to IMAPS it is working, even though IMAP is enabled on my exchange server... weird!
