Magic number checking on storable string failed

Hi everybody !

I work on OTRS 3.0.2 since 2 or 3 day for making a good configuration and test all fonctionnalities. I had no problems until today.

But, today, i have make a totally standard ticket with an email and when i'm going on this ticket to OTRS with my profil, i have this error :

Software error:
Magic number checking on storable string failed at ..\..\lib\Storable.pm (autosplit into ..\..\lib\auto\Storable\thaw.al) line 415, at C:/PROGRA~1/OTRS/OTRS//Kernel/System/Cache/FileStorable.pm line 128

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@somenet.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

And when i'm going on this ticket with an other profile, it's working !

The 2 profiles are same, administrator...

Someone know the solution of this problem ?

In my installation the same problem happens. Someone knows how to fix this BUG?

This problem occured on our installation (3.0.3) also yesterday. Turns out that it can be resolved by cleaning the ${OTRSHOME}/var/tmp directory.

I have the same problem but cleaning "tmp" dir did not resolved the issue. The exact message I receive is:

"c:/PROGRA~2/OTRS/OTRS/var/httpd/htdocs/js/Core.Agent.js: Magic number checking on storable string failed at ....libStorable.pm (autosplit into ....libautoStorable haw.al) line 415, at c:/progra~2/otrs/otrs//kernel/Cache/FileStorable.pm line 128"

Any ideas? Please help me we really need to get it fast back...
