upload file ITSM-2.0.3.opm in OTRS

hi,

I have a file called ITSM-2.0.3.opm that I want to load on my OTRS, how can I do that?......Please advise.

You have to use the package manager.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
