3.0 beta Panic No UserData message

Any ideas on how to fix?

I upgraded from 2.4.7 to 3.0 beta and when input customer username and password and get this message (agents login fine):

I checked db and login's are there:

Test:: OTRS 5.0.10 w/MariaDB 5.5.47 backend on RHEL7
Prod:: OTRS 5.0.10 w/MariaDB 5.5.47 backend on RHEL7

Open a bug...
