Anyone know why I have multiple users / agents in users group that cannot see a ticket subscribed to by one user?
I've enabled Ticket::Watcher and Ticket::WatcherGroup for group "users" in sysconfig.
I see "Watched Tickets" icon on all users / agents OTRS web view.
An agent/user who is member of group "users" subscribes to a ticket. The same user now has one item in "Watched Tickets". The other users / agents in "users" group do not see the ticket in "Watched Items".
That way I understand the documentation all users in same group should be able to see same subscribed ticket.

No, it is just controlling the Group who is allowed to see the "Watch" functionality
