otrs vista

I've just successfully installed otrs on my vista box.
I'm trying to login with the default user name: otrs and password: hot. But I'm getting this message: "Login failed! Your username or password was entered incorrectly."
Why??

i am also using vista.

i think Because no users are created after a fresh installation of the system, you have to login as OTRS administrator first. To login as OTRS admin use "root@localhost" for user name and "root" for password.
