I want the tickets that escalate to move to a different Que

any help greatly appreciated..
OTRS 2.4.7 on SUSE and on MySQL database
OTRS 3.2.10 on CentOS and MySQL database

i think i got it: use genericagents on the admin to create job for it

i have tried it and its working.
OTRS 2.4.7 on SUSE and on MySQL database
OTRS 3.2.10 on CentOS and MySQL database
