Stats Module

Hi ,

i am having issue with the stats module.i want to generate report based on the following:
1) Percentage-wise distribution of incident based on prioritization (critical, high, medium, low)
2) Percent wise distribution of incidents that were resolved within SLA bounds and those that
did not meet SLA.

i have no clue how to do it.can any one help me please or suggest some proper document which can help
me in seting up the above mention requirement in stat module.
