Associating Ticket-types, Queues and Services

Hi otrs folks!

Is it possible to associate Ticket-types, Queues and Services? My intention is to present different Queues or Services for my customers depending on the Ticket-type chosen. Maybe would be interesting too there is an association between Queues and Services, in order that different Services would be presented depending on Queue chosen.

I think this is possible because after selecting some ticket-type or queue, some ajax-queries are made on the frontend. As I don't know where to configure this association, today the frontend present all the options available on these fields.

Use ACLs to assign services to Types (or Queues). http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=11235
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
