integrating OTRS into my web site

hi, can anyone point in the right direction - I want to have a web front end to OTRS - where users can generate their tickets and I can login and administer the tickets ?

any help much appreciated.

http://servername/otrs/customer.pl for customers.

http://servername/otrs/index.pl for Agents.
