[resolved] How to configure article header behavior as it was with 5.x?

Hi there,

since afaik 6.x it is the default that the article header was displayed.
So you could see the FROM, TO, CC and so on. And it was expanded to show the email alternative name beside of the real e-mail address.

I could not find any configuration to configure the behavior back to not need to click on "i" icon
and not needed to additionally click on the FROM/TO to show that details
Is there a configuration to set back to the original behavior?
Or an other suggested path?



my personal 2ct for the default:
From Security perspective it is not a good decision to hide that details (e-mail address). This is a high indicator to identify if you got a scam e-mail or not...
And this information is hidden by default

Hey,

To show article information by default, you can enable the setting “Ticket::Frontend::ArticleHeadVisibleDefault”.

To toggle if you want to show the full or shortened information of the sender and the recipient by default, you can change the following settings “Ticket::Frontend::DefaultSenderDisplayType” and “Ticket::Frontend::DefaultRecipientDisplayType”.

You can argue about the pros and cons of most of the default settings. For the last two configurations, the default has been the same ever since OTRS 5.
