Hello!
I am having a problem with some e-mails that have zip and gz files attached and are being turned into tickets where the content of these kind of files are being included as plain text in the email text and not attached as files to the ticket created.
Anyone got this kind of problem? Is there a setup to avoid this for zip and gz files? Other files are being attached correctly to the new ticket created.
