Wat is the best solution to import customeruser into OTRS?
Is the direct import to the otrs database achievable? It seems there are no other dependencies than take care of uniqueness.
The other solution i would choose is to create a new table with similar columns, and add it as a database backend for customeruser.
Is it OK?

Hi,
you can use your own database and read http://doc.otrs.com/doc/manual/admin/st ... kends.html

You can use the database as a second backend, or you can use the import/export module https://opar.perl-services.de/dist/Cust ... port-5.0.0
