Hello !!

Have been having some issues with fetching mail, working a few years but suddenly
nothing works, allsow upgraded to v.6.07 all good in logs.

but no mail is getting fetched.

IMAPTLS: Can't connect to outlook.office365.com: 2 NO LOGIN failed.

ID/PASS is correct, have tryed them.

been reading allot of posts and examples but nothing seems to be doing the trick

anyone else that have this problem ?

running a linux-debian8 with latest software

Hi,
"suddenly nothing works"
usually indicates you (or anyone) changed something.

Update on server(s) (for example exchange) may close ports.

so check your environment and undo your (or others) changes.


(I am using a office365 account for months (latest stable OTRS) and never had issues)

You say logs ok, also communication logs?
