Finding an article

I need to be locate information in ticket articles. When I do a full text search for the string "apologize for the delay", the search returns the zoomed view of the ticket, but it doesn't help me find the specific article in which the text appears. The only way I can see to locate the article is to read each one until I find "apologize for the delay". This is not ideal.

Is there a better way?

I figured out a work around. The ticket zoom view has a setting option for "Show all articles". With this option, the zoomed view lists all of the articles. I can use my browser's search function to search for the text.
