Hi,
Did not manage to find any information regarding this so I'm asking here. We are using OTRS 5. The way our OTRS is set up is that when a ticket is created based on a customer email / phone call it uses the auto resonds function to send a confirmation mail to said customer. In this auto repsponds the original customer email is quoted with the '<OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[X]>' reference. However images / screenshots get removed while using this. When manually replying/updating tickets there is no problem with these images.
Is there a way to retain the images using the auto responds module?

Could you elaborate a bit because I don't know how / can't find how I would use data URI in the auto responds.
