I'm new to OTRS and I have OTRS 6 Free installed.
I'm trying to get my issues displayed on the dashboard.
I understand that it is not possible to have the output of a search template as a Dashboard widget.
I have been looking at creating a Dynamic Matrix Statistic and adding that to the Dashboard.
However, the filter on this doesn't seem to support filtering only issues based on the owner of the ticket - i.e. filtering such that only issues where I am the owner.
Also, this statistic only seems to support ticket summaries, e.g. an X-axis of state and a Y-Axis of Priority results in a table with tickets summarised.
Is it possible to have a Dashboard widget that lists issues that are open and assigned to me?

I think you can do it in a esay way if you choose in the settings column only the open tickets, and inside of it, select My locked tickets.

Either we have our installation setup incorrectly, or that's not what I'm looking for.
There are currently two issues that I am the owner of.
One is locked. One is not.
The locked one is in state 'pending reminder' and the unlocked one is in state 'new'.
While I am the owner of a queue, neither of these issues are in that queue.
On the Open Tickets dashboard app, neither issue shows under "My locked tickets", "Tickets in My Queues" or "Tickets in My Services". That being said, neither of the tickets of which I'm the owner show under 'Open Tickets' -> 'All Tickets'.
(There are 9 tickets shown there and the Open Tickets app is configured to show up to 50 tickets).
