At work, we are using OTRS 6 free for our support.
I want to create a portlet on a portal, and this portlet has to communicate with OTRS, so I’m using Webservices to get informations about the tickets, and also to modify it.
But I have an authentification problem, I’m using an SSO module that use the CAS authentification but this don’t allow me to authentificate each people throught the existant webservices in OTRS.
So my question is the following :
Is there a proxy module or something like that which allow us to use the webservices as a superUser (with password and UserLogin) but to tell OTRS that this specific action has been maid by someone else and not the superUser ? ( in the free version or in the business)
Thank you in advance for your answer.

Re: Authentification Webservices CAS
I found a solution, I ask an email/password, and this correspond to a unique number that I had in my resquest as a customfield, and in my interface, I change this number by the name corresponding. This is not an sso anymore but I didn't find another solutions.
