Hi,
In my OTRS configuration, I have only one queue : "Entreprise"
Every company make a ticket in this queue.
My boss would like when "Gob" (a customer) make a ticket that make Frederic (a agent) the owner for this ticket. But only for this customer.
Is it possible ?
My boss don't want to make other queue.

Then create a GenericAgent that checks for the customer and sets the owner...
