I have a problem with granting rights to users.
How to add permissions to view company tikets for only a few customer users?
For security reasons and confidentiality of messages, I blocked the option of viewing company ticket for all users in customer user panel. (img)
I have heard that this can be done using ACL or customer groups but how? Any ideas

You can enable it, but put every user in their own company, except those which you can share the same tickets view.
