Is there any way to identify tickets based on:
* attachment existence?
* attachment size?
* attachment type? (pdf, csv, ...)
Generic Agent based on attachments?

As I have many more requirements (you see my posts), I asked my boss for a developer to contribute. Sadly perl seems to be a aged language which is not really a hip language to developers...
We are discussing internally the next steps about it.
