I am creating child tickets using the transition action TicketCreate, but the article on child tickets is not showing
the child ticket settings are:
ArticleType = webrequest
Body = Ver detalhes no caso principal
ContentType = text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-15
CustomerID = <OTRS_TICKET_CustomerID>
CustomerUser = <OTRS_TICKET_CustomerUserID>
