Creating article on ticket Created using Transition Action TicketCreate

Hi,

I am creating child tickets using the transition action TicketCreate, but the article on child tickets is not showing

the child ticket settings are:

ArticleType = webrequest
Body = Ver detalhes no caso principal
ContentType = text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-15
CustomerID = <OTRS_TICKET_CustomerID>
CustomerUser = <OTRS_TICKET_CustomerUserID>
DynamicField_ProcessManagementActivityID = Activity-dfcbccc665eda1a2764c760b2a389cc2
DynamicField_ProcessManagementProcessID = Process-8924d49df8d67cf201bb929053fd39a2

what Am I doing wrong ?

Hi, I think it's the ArticleType, check http://doc.otrs.com/doc/api/otrs/5.0/Pe ... te.pm.html

The example values for Article-Type are: note-internal, note-external|phone|fax|sms|...
