Slowness in OTRS

Hi.

I have been using OTRS mounted in CentOS 7 and this is in the VMware EXsi and at the time of entering and closing a ticket or making a query through the admin tab, it takes a long time.

Could someone help me with this inconvenient and give you a solution?

Not enough information.

What are the server's specs?
Was it always slow or did it start slowing down recently?
How many tickets is your system handling?
Are the system's or OTRS's log files indicating any errors?

It is a server in CentOS 7 with 4 gb of ram and hard disk of 60 gb. It is virtualized in VMware ESxi 6.5.

Until now it is in production and is registering this slowness, it is a new server

On average there are more than 500 clients.

it depends on many parameters. Like ammount of concurrent users, mails, size of mails, number of articles etc, database type and if on the same machine etc..
