Hi everybody!
I was trying to create a Web Service on OTRS to get the Services that a customer user has via API SOAP, but I can't find anything useful.
Is there any chance to achieve that?
Do I have to find another way to do it?

This needs a customer webservice aka custom development. Maybe the rpc.pl (XML-RPC) can be used, but I wouldn't recommend this
