Hi.
I have an inconvenience in the OTRS, when I send an email the autoresponder does not arrive to the client informing him of the creation of the ticket that he just sent by mail. Additionally when the ticket arrives it arrives at the postmaster queue which is in an invalid state and from there it does not allow me to close it with the templates that it personalizes.
Someone could help me? Thank you!!
